Woodson’s Reserve, an award-winning master-planned community in Spring, Texas, will launch sales of new homes in early 2023 as part of a previously announced expansion that adds 940 acres and more than 800 new homes to the Houston area. Sales of homes by Toll Brothers and Tri Pointe Homes (formerly Trendmaker Homes) are expected to begin by the early 2023 and model homes expected to open Spring 2023.
The new homes at Woodson’s Reserve will range in style from traditional to contemporary and be built on 45-, 50-, 60-, 70-, and 80-foot homesites in one-story and two-story configurations. Numerous plan designs will be offered in each product line. Model homes are expected to be open for viewing in spring of 2023 as well. The Woodson’s Reserve community features a resort-style pool with lazy river, a 24-hour on-site fitness center, tennis courts, 115 acres of nature areas, lakes, and a dog park. The community also features two on-site schools, Grand Oaks High School and Clark Intermediate, both part of the Conroe Independent School District. A new elementary school is currently under construction with an estimated opening for the 2023-24 school year.
