Have you heard the news? Our award-winning master-planned community is growing! While current residents of Woodson’s Reserve already know that we have some of the best amenities and most stunning homes available in Montgomery County, we’re very proud to announce that we’ll be working with Toll Brothers and Trendmaker Homes (a TRI Pointe company) to add 940 acres and hundreds of new homes along the Grand Parkway, to the east of our existing community in the next few years!
Many of you are probably already familiar with Toll Brothers homes – you may even live in one – and we’re excited to announce that the homes in our new expansion will be every bit as stunning as those that already make up our neighborhood. New homes will start in the low $300s and will be built in a range of traditional to contemporary styles. If you know anyone who’s been itching to join our community here at Woodson’s Reserve, let them know that homes are expected to open for sale in the fall of 2022!
The new development will include a new model home village, a seven-acre amenity center featuring a modern clubhouse with resort-style pools and a zip line, multiple neighborhood parks and open spaces covering over 30% of the new property, and a new on-site elementary school. This is an exciting development and we look forward to providing updates of the project as they become available.
